Turn up the good alesis elevate 5 because my little girl is turning a year older next year. A whole lot of planning but I was torn between a party or another trip. She just loves the beach. So bought tickets rarin to go. Yes. Finally. Paradise next year. Super excited. Making a list of all the things needed for a no hassle trip.
Uhm yeah it’s almost Christmas but with the rate I’m going growing old and all, needing a memory foam seat cushion
Anyhow we rushed at around 2pm to Toy Kingdom to buy 1k worth of items. Bought all sorts of stuff which includes a fake white mouse which is now lurking beside our fridge. Could not forget hubby’s face wondering why we bought a fake mouse.
So it was super queueing at SMX but adored the little girls and boys dressed up for Nickelodeon’s Takotown event. Took 30 or 40 minutes to just wait and go inside. I guess if you’re going to next year’s event go a bit later than announced time and avoid the wait.
There’s a Nickelodeon show which includes Dora and the Adventure time mascots. Games on stage. Magic show. Trick or treat booths. A haunted mansion which was not too spooky even for my kid. A few games the kids would enjoy with Nick pencils as prize. Face painting, glitter tattoos and other freebies. Huge space despite the crowd. It won’t give you a headache.
Here’s a photo of my little Pink Wonder Woman boots and all with Little Ghostrider.
It was pretty enjoyable and my little girl had a great Nickelodeon Trick or treat time.
Nothing beats a good guitar that could complement your voice. The
fender nashville telecaster will solve all your guitar problems. It is beautifully crafted, versatile and sounds awesome for its price. A maple neck is instrumental for its great sound. There’s a five way switch that will make everything easy for you to do what you want. The pick ups are not the best but its still a great guitar.
Finally got to buy a juicer. I was thinking of buying a Koii juicer but we were already at the mall so I found the one that’s just within my budget. Well I mean my husband’s budget lol. I saw an Imarflex juicer at around P800.00 but it seems difficult to clean so I chose this one which kinda looks like the Koii. Hey I wanted a Breville but still gonna save up for that. Guess its low carbon
This Dowell Juicer was on sale for P2,200 If I remember it correctly. Sorry this was a couple of weeks ago.
It was easy to operate but it was loud. I did expect that though. The blender causes a racket. Well the funny thing was I was wondering where the juice was. I put in a whole orange in the juicer and because I didn’t immediately press on it I think half of it went to the pulp catcher, the black one on the side. Then I opened it and it’s still stuck inside. Turns out the spout has a lock and I didn’t open it.
So I put in 3 seedless oranges. And here’s what I got. Lol
Oh I also put in lettuce the pulp looked liked this.
So that’s a lot wasted. If you got the budget buy a slow juicer I think from Juicer Reviews Hurom or Breville is good.
This will do for me for the meantime.

You are in the unfortunate position of having to revise your career goals, all thanks to the economy. Going to college and getting a degree, even if it’s an advanced degree, is no longer a guarantee to finding adequate employment. Recent surveys show that an alarming 45% of college graduates are living at home. Recent college graduates are also struggling with unemployment and underemployment more than any other demographic. So what’s the solution to this? You might have to sit down and decide which career field is going to have the best chance at stable employment. And that might not necessarily mean going off to a four-year college.
Some of the most stable fields right now are trades that require a desired skill. Plumbing, roofing, and auto mechanics are just a few examples of careers that are still very much in demand, and a college degree isn’t mandatory for them. Also, trade jobs can offer a better paycheck than teaching, nursing, or other common careers. No matter the economic climate, people will always need these types of services.
Move Over, Doc
If you’re interested in entering the health field, you’re in luck. Some growing careers in the health industry are nurse practitioner jobs, physician assistants, and health care management. The nurse practitioners and physician assistants are rapidly replacing physicians in many areas of medicine. With the health care insurance debacle currently underway, many physicians are leaving their fields. Many insurance companies are encouraging hospitals to hire more nurse practitioners and physician assistants because they aren’t as expensive as doctors. The schooling is less intense compared to medical school, too. A Master’s Degree is what is usually required for both careers, as well as national certification.
Government positions are in demand, too. Whether you like it or not, government is growing leaps and bounds, and that means it will need people to fill new positions. Homeland Security is one agency that is growing exponentially. However, your political beliefs might influence whether or not you seek out a federal or state government position. If you’re against Big Government, then you might not wish to encourage it by working for them. But there are plenty of job opportunities available; from social work to border patrol, should you choose.
It’s a good idea to visit with a career counselor or mentor to discuss your professional options. This person should be someone you trust and who is knowledgeable about the types of careers you’re considering. For example, if you’re considering nurse practitioner jobs, you might pick a mentor that is either a nurse practitioner or someone who works with them. This mentor can give you valuable information about their particular career, and might even help you get started in your training. So whatever you decide to do for a career, reach out to someone in the same field and ask for guidance, that way you’re not going it alone.
Idiopathic scoliosis is curvature of the spine resulting from no known cause. While scoliosis affects many children and adults each year, the majority of cases are not considered major or debilitating. Still, the consequences of scoliosis can be painful, and severe cases can deteriorate with age or with other negative conditions within the body that decrease bone health and muscle strength. While there are treatments that can help scoliosis sufferers stand straighter and reduce back pain, there are also commonly held myths about what can reverse or heal scoliosis. Here are some of those myths debunked. For more info on scoliosis testing and treatment, you can check credible online sources or ask your specialist.
Myth: Chiropractic and Electrical Stimulation Prevent Scoliosis from Getting Worse
Chiropractic medicine is still a hotly contested area. While some people swear by the positive effects of having their vertebrae gently manipulated into optimal placement, others scoff at the idea. At this point, it has not been shown that chiropractic care will reverse the curvature of the spine, though it may help to alleviate associated pain. The same is true of electrical stimulation. If you do choose to visit a chiropractor, choose one that has an excellent reputation and who will work with gentleness. Your insurance may not cover chiropractic treatment, but visits are generally not very expensive. Chiropractors often utilize electrical muscle stimulation in their practices.
Myth: Exercise Can Reverse Scoliosis
Unfortunately, exercise hasn’t been shown to reverse scoliosis, although exercise strengthens the muscles that support the body. This increased support can certainly help to alleviate back pain or allow sufferers to stand straighter and breathe easier, however. Gentle or moderate exercise is certainly a great idea, and you can moderate the level of the exercise according to your personal physical abilities. Physical therapy can also be beneficial in this regard, although, again, there is no scientific evidence that physical therapy results in any tangible benefits. If you have severe back pain, a strenuous exercise regime can actually cause further pain, even if you work up to it over time. You must be careful to listen to your body and not overexert yourself, as you won’t do anything to help your spine curve any less; instead, you could end up doing yourself some damage. Many people wish they looked better than they currently do. That is not new; it has always been a part of human culture. However, how someone goes about accomplishing that continues to revolutionize. Some people prefer to go to a doctor who can do lipo in Boston and others prefer alternatives. With ever option to reduce body fat and sculpt a body, there are pros and there are cons. People must decide for themselves how they want to do this.
The Pursuit of a Perfect Body
While there is a difference of opinion on what the perfect body is and is not, there is no question people are constantly searching for ways to come closer to the perfect body in their own mind. One alternative to liposuction is to have treatments done that literally melt the fat from the outside in. This is a safe alternative because it is not a surgical procedure. It also allows for no downtime. It is literally like a doctor’s appointment.
Changing the Way Perfection Is Seen
While we all want a perfect body, there is no question that in the minds of some, what is perceived as perfect is not healthy. Many things, including the constant barrage of marketing that portrays an unrealistic view of what is healthy and attractive, drive this. Many are working to change the marketing industry and the unhealthy view of what perfect is. By working to change this, society will become healthier. This will be a direct result of those working to change the perception of what “perfect” really is when it comes to the human body.
Differences in Sculpting Versus Losing Weight
There is a large difference in doing body sculpting versus trying to lose weight. When people are losing weight, they are not so worried about trying to make their body look a certain way in the beginning. The goal when losing weight is to lose weight. Of course, once weight is lost, then the issue of sculpting the body, working like an artist to make it into what the person would like, is something else entirely. Some people will try to use lipo in Boston to do both at the same time while others will choose other alternatives.
